Following changes will go into effect, Greenyloop is announcing the manufacturer discontinue and End of Life (EoL) of the following products:

Reason for Termination:
• There is no demand for this plugin (app).
End-of-Life (EoL)
Notification Date: March 21, 2023
Changes will go into effect: On June 21, 2023
Maintenance:
If you have an existing cloud license, you can continue to receive maintenance until the end of your license.
End of your License:
This means that support and bug fixes will no longer be available.

Board Roadmap features
Roadmap Time frame: one year before today and two years after today.
1) Search
Search for sprint, epic, version, issue by name or key.
2) Boards
Select Board to be used as scope.
3) Scope type
Sprints (max 50 Sprint)
Epics (max 200 Epics)
Releases (max 50 Version)
Issues (Show only issues with due date)
4) Help
Open help panel for roadmap.
5) Theme
Use the Theme button if you want to switch to Dark theme only for Sprint Roadmap app.
6) View Settings
Use View settings to customize how board, sprint, issues and related information is displayed.
More details: You can choose to show or hide dependencies(between boards, sprints, issues), warnings and on Roadmap.
Detail view: Show or hide as detail view when is selected Board or Sprint.
Progress(For Roadmap Done issue is when an issue is in Status Category done.)

7) Due date
Use Calendar icon to set due date, this due date is in the context of the selected Project.
You can set up to 200 due dates in the time frame (Roadmap Time frame).
We hold due dates in particular Time Frame, Due dates before start date of the (Roadmap Time frame) will be automatically permanently deleted.
8) Open detail view, expand and collapse
Click on item to open Detail view.
Click the arrow to expand the collapsed rows and and view the child issues.
9) Remove Due date
Hove over due date and click on delete icon to remove this due date.
10) Schedule view bars
Sprints:
“Schedule View bars” are the random colored bars on the roadmap associated with sprints and issues.
Issues get this bar based on sprints start and end date.

Dependencies - The Sprint Roadmap can only show issues with the Blocks issue link type.
2. Warnings - The sprint is reached or is over the end date.
Epics:
“Schedule View bars” are colored bars based on Epic color on the roadmap associated with Epic and issues.
Issues get this bar based on Epic start and end date.
Releases and Issues:
“Schedule View Dot”
Issues get this dot based on Release end date or Issue due date.
Limits in Board Roadmap app
Limits on roadmap size
Work only if project is Jira project type Software.
To prevent Jira Software from timing out, or to slow down Board Roadmap there are limits on how big your roadmap can be.
Load up to 50 sprints, that are in state active or future.
Load up to 200 epics, that are not Done (For Roadmap Done issue is when an issue is in Status Category done).
Load up to 50 versions, that are in status Unreleased.
Load issues, that are not in status Done(For Roadmap Done issue is when an issue is in Status Category done).
Roadmap time frame: one year before today and two years after today.
Due date: 200 due dates in the time frame look (Roadmap Time frame), due dates before start date of the (Roadmap Time frame) will be automatically permanently deleted.
