This plugin is installable only through Atlassian Marketplace.

End users receive license keys from Atlassian.

Atlassian Marketplace handles all license orders, quotes, tracking, and billing using your my.atlassian.com account.

Stakeholders

  1. Vendor and Service Provider(s): Greenyloop (Vendor).

  2. Customer(s): Customer, who purchased and installed (Vendor) apps via Atlassian Marketplace.

 

Data Storage

This application do not collect any personal data.

We don't store user data.

All calculations are made on the client browser.

All data is stored in Jira instance on Atlassian servers.

 

Updates

From time to time we provide improvements to the functionality of the Application, which may include bug fixes, updates and other modifications.

 

Modifications

Greenyloop(Vendor) reserves the right to modify, temporarily or permanently the Application with or without notice and without liability to you.

 

Facilities

Release Board Hub Application is hosted as FaaS (function as a service) on Atlassian Forge FaaS (function as a service) platform.

Forge apps are fully hosted by Atlassian.

 

Price

Greenyloop(Vendor) reserves the right to increase license fees or service fees for the Products, including a higher price for new initial licenses, for yearly renewals and for monthly charges.

 

Support

We do not support multiple versions of the App.
Make sure that you are updated to latest version in Jira settings "Manage Apps".

 

Confidentiality, Communication, And Marketing

The parties agree to treat in confidence, also beyond the end of this EULA, all Confidential Information.

Information provided by the Customer(s) will be used by the (Vendor) to provide support services. Information about the Customer(s) will not be shared with third parties.

The (Vendor) shall be entitled to send emails to the Customer(s) only when part of software will be deprecated or all software or to provide necessary support for licensed software when is requested from the Customer(s)

 

Limitation of Remedies and Damages.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, TORT, CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON (I) FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER OR (II) FOR ANY MATTER BEYOND ITS REASONABLE CONTROL. Greenyloop(Vendor) LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO Greenyloop(Vendor), EXCEPT WHERE NOT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN WHICH CASE Greenyloop(Vendor) LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM AMOUNT PERMITTED BY SUCH APPLICABLE LAW. ALL THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY EVEN IF Greenyloop(Vendor) HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION AND EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
